I was reached out by their HR on LinkedIn as their AI showed my profile as a strong match with their requirements. Went through three rounds. With each passing round my experience was more towards the negative side. 1st round was probably the best out of the three with ample time to discuss and no hurry. It was mostly a general discussion on the working style 2nd round was supposed to happen for around 45 minutes, but got abruptly ended in 30 minutes coz the panel had another call to jump onto. It was mostly an in-depth discussion on the work done, the QA-styles that I adopt and general practice. 3rd round was the worst experience of them all, the panel instead of focusing on my experience was probably looking for things to pin-point, what I was lacking instead of what I had done. It was more of what they want instead of what I bring to the organization in my opinion. And I don't even want to start on the elevator pitch-like interview style on the last 10 minutes of the 3rd round. Despite me keeping my calm throughout this round did help me assert that I'm probably not fit for this organization. Its been weeks and there has been no communication on the round. Which I'm assuming must be on the negative side. So, in a way they proved their own AI wrong.
