The recruiter reached out to set up a conversation. The initial discussion was good and I was excited to go ahead with the process.
Next I had a brief discussion with another recruiter which was not that great. I had given a time when I will be available. However they chose a convenient time for them and called out of the blue.
After this conversation a discussion with hiring manager was set. Turned out that the interviewer was not actually the hiring manager and the questions had nothing to do with the role described in the JD or during the recruiter conversation.
Post this, there was one more round and the interviewer declined late. And no further communication from the company after that.
For a company which specialises in talent space, their entire process is broken. Overall one of the most unpleasant experience as a candidate.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I did a phone screen, then two Product Case interviews, then a chat with the hiring manager. The cases were fairly hypothetical in nature.
