Very bad company culture. If you have no idea to hire then why to waste someone’s time that too having multiple late night interviews. No one is sitting free to entertain you. First learn to respect candidates time. Also you need to align with your leadership team first whether the role is finilised and then go and schedule interviews with candidates.
