Worst experience, they took 3 weeks of interview, there was total 6 rounds of interview and 3 among them was of late night interviews. HR has informed I have cleared all the rounds and asked to share previous employers contact details. I did shared and never ever heard anything back from them,As a follow up I sent mail,Call and message even though there is no proper response. Very bad company culture,why to waste someone’s time that too having multiple late night interviews. Candidate's are not to making fun or to entertain you. Serious advice to management, Please learn to be professional & respect every candidate's time.
