Someone from the hiring team reached out to me and after I confirmed my interest, it took them another week to get back to me and offer an interview. A day before the interview I got email... thanking me for the application that say they will not continue with me... I check with the person that reached out to me, should I still join the call? he got back to me only the day after, the day of the interview! He did not know I even have a call, but told me I should still join and it was only a mistake. The interviewer called me from the US, she was late for the call and sounded very much uninterested and TBH, like she was still sleeping. After the interview, they did not even bother to get back to me!
