I had two interview rounds, which went smoothly, but the feedback from the interviewers wasn’t great. I completed the coding task in 45-50 minutes and even asked if any improvements were needed, but the interviewer didn’t suggest anything. Later, the feedback stated that it didn’t meet A11y standards. The second interviewer didn’t provide any feedback, even after a week, and the recruiter never reached out to share the result or feedback. After checking Glassdoor reviews( which was bad ) and seeing that the interviewers had only limited(3-4 years) of experience, I was already hesitant about moving forward. In hindsight, it was a poor judgment call on my part to continue with this opportunity, as it was a generic hiring process rather than a team-specific one. No one seemed genuinely interested in understanding my strengths or what I could bring to the table, making it feel like a wasted two hours.
