Initially, the interview process was great. I had a standard phone interview and then was asked to come in for an in-person interview. In total, i had two phone interviews and two in-person interviews. There was a significant time lapse between each step, which I found a bit frustrating but realized from reading reviews that it's the norm with this organization. The entire process took about two months, and then I never heard back from them. It would have been nice to receive some type of follow-up from them. I see that they keep posting the position, so my guess is that they haven't found anyone to replace the Program Admin who left in March. When I interviewed, it was explained to me that they wanted someone asap so that there would be an overlap between the new person and old person. I'm not sure exactly who or what they're looking for, but my guess is that the salary is low. Everyone I interviewed with seemed great, and I do wish them all the best of luck finding their perfect person.
