Applied online and in-person. Rather simple because the manager was in need of more associates, but does not mean it for anyone and everyone! Definitely need to be excited about EF initiatives of, for example, women empowerment and sustainability and have an agreeable personality, display teamwork, respect, and being a hard-worker.
