Long and inconvenient. You meet with several Store Managers and interview with them individually. This happens virtually and in person. You are also required to meet the entire sales staff because they also have a say in your hiring process

They wanted to know how you were going to drive business during the pandemic but was explained in other interviews by Store Managers that Upper Management wasn't stressing metrics because of the Pandemic.
Met with Manager and then DistrictManager and head of human resources. Very thorough. Very informative and helpful. Was told of day to day work schedule. I was introduced to the staff and explained the culture of the company.
