I had two different interviews before receiving an offer for a summer internship. I spoke with both HR and then I spoke with the team I was applying to work with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Eileen Fisher (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
Interviewed with three people at the workplace, one HR and two designers. The whole process is very nice and friendly. Mainly talked about my portfolio and work, then talked the resibilibilty and workflow.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eileen Fisher
Interview
I was contacted by HR a few weeks after submitting my online application and was asked to come in for an interview with HR member and my future supervisor. The process was very open and down to earth. Typical interview questions were asked, with a very conversational, easygoing tone set. They look for people with a good attitude and solid work ethic.
