The interview process was standard and informal. Phone interview followed by an in person with HR, where i waited for 1hr and 15 min before they could make time for me, even though i had a scheduled interview. Then I had an an in person with the team and managers. Everyone i spoke to and met was super nice and put me at ease at every point except for when I received the offer.
Other then the long wait for the second interview, the whole process took 4 MONTHS.
There was over a month between each interview, they kept me on the hook, which wasn't terrible since i ended up getting the job. I am not sure what was going on, if they were interviewing other candidates or if it was just extreme disorganization and lack of decision making and lack of/bad communication, as i have found to be common in this company in general. They also acted offended that I tried to negotiate a higher salary then they initially offered, which is pretty normal. They refused and acted like i was lucky to even get an offer and were condescending about the great benefits i was getting, which they said should be factored into my overall salary, which is the truth, but the entire attitude and way i was spoken to was condescending, and they acted like how dare i even ask for more. This is very inappropriate and unprofessional, among other things.
They say that the interview process is representative of the company, and other than the fear and back stabbing that goes on here which was not part of the interview process, i found this to be true.
