Their interview process is very long. Actively interviewed for three months. Many interviews with many different people, many different titles, many different times. I believe I had six separate interviews, and they all basically were to the same industry standard questions. Be prepared for a long waits between interviews and in them contacting applicant back. If anything does give one a lot of experience interviewing and styles of questions.

Quick and easy, basic questions about experience, behavior, and my interest in the company. It was just a one interview process and it was in person at the store, within the week of submitting my application.
They made me feel very welcomed to apply for a position that I had not had experience in the past. They took the time to meet with me and explain their needs for an employee in there store
