I was interviewed by two tax managers. It started as a conversation for the first couple of minuets and then it turned into a behavioral interview. At the end there were very happy to answer any questions about the job and interview process.

Two Interviews. one with the recruiter on phone. Second, virtual team meeting with two people, senior manager, and managers. Thirty minutes each. All basic behavioral questions. The process took two weeks.
