As such they don't have any interview process because they don't know what they want to do. 1st Round ----------- They called me for an interview at 2PM and I was received at 3:45PM. A Senior Tech Arch received me and I was asked various designing questions and it went on for about 1:30Hr and he was satisfied and said that I would be having a 2nd round followed by HR discussion in a day or few. 2nd Round ------------ 3days after 1st Round I was called for a 2nd Round at 12PM. I was received at 12PM sharp by the Director of Engineering and I had a technical discussion consisting of various design patterns and OOP concepts in java. It went on for 1:30Hr. After that I was said by HR that they would be calling me in a day or two to have a formal HR discussion. 3rd Round ----------- After 4days I got a call saying that I have to meet VP of Engineering followed by HR. It was scheduled at 4PM and it was in time. The discussion was for 40min in which most of the time she(VP) was chatting with someone on her laptop and asking me to explain various projects from my work experience and evidently not listening to anything. After that I was said that HR concerned is on leave and he would contact me in a day of two. Form then on every 2days HR calls and says that I am selected and everyone is pleased with my performance but as due to structural re-org it is taking time to release offer letter as they are very busy. This entire drama happened for 20 days and one fine day I said that I wouldn't join them.
