I first had a call with HR to discuss my motivation. Then, during the technical interview with the consultant, I was asked to choose one of my projects and answer detailed questions about it. The discussion was very in depth. They asked why I chose this architecture, what metrics I used, and the reasoning and philosophy behind my design choices. I was also asked to explain the Transformer architecture, including the difference between queries, keys, and values. In addition, they asked me about traditional machine learning models for tabular data, where I had to explain the principles of each model and their advantages.
