Initially submitted a CV and application questionnaire which consisted of questions relating to my academic background in statistics and motivations for joining the firm. Withing a week I received an invitation to a first-round phone interview. Upon completing the phone interview, I was required to submit a detailed interview debrief/evaluation to gauge how well I thought the interview had gone. I never heard back from Ekimetrics despite numerous attempts to chase them up which showed a real lack of class considering the effort I'd put into my application.
