      Customer Success Associate Interview

      Sep 14, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eko in Aug 2020

      Interview

Full disclosure, I only made it through two rounds, so I can't speak on any subsequent rounds. The first round was with the recruiter. They were thorough and seemed nice enough. I thought I did well, but there was radio silence even after a week, so I forgot about them. To my surprise, they followed up a few weeks later and asked if I was interested in setting up a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager. The conversation with the hiring manager was fine. There was nothing inherently wrong with the hiring manager, but a few minutes in I realized that I didn't click with them. They must have felt the same because the following week I received a (I'm assuming automated) rejection email.
