There were three interviews, all virtual. The first interview was with the customer support manager and was fairly casual. The second interview was with multiple members of the support team and gives you a decent idea of the day to day of the position. I also spoke briefly with HR virtually about the position but I didn’t count this as a formal interview since it was more of a short chat. The last interview was with the customer experience director. It lasted about 30 minutes and wasn’t difficult at all. Everyone was very friendly. A few days after my last interview I got a call from HR for a conditional offer after performing reference checks. I appreciated the recruiter keeping in touch at every stage of the process.
