The interview process was lengthy but not unexpected. It included conversations with the HR representative, Hiring Manager, and subsequently team members all individually. After the process ran its course, never heard back from anyone, including the HR representative who typically should communicate whatever the output of that journey actually is. This aspect of ghosting candidates is regrettable, particularly on this day and age. Based on the time investment and lack of communication, I'd say this organization is not worth pursuing.
