terrible (actual interviewer and hiring manager).Very pretentious person, rude called me "My dear" in such a condescending manner when I corrected her she clearly wasn't listening and I heard her dead on say the wrong thing she denied it- was over the top. She seemed more concerned with the fact that I had more credentials possibly then herself, she talked over me to make sure she made her authoritative point. She obviously didn't look at my resume too carefully based on some of things she asked me in regard to my work history. she got irritated and short and then ended the interview because she saw me roll my eyes which was a knee jerk reaction to her overbearing attitude and questions. At that point I didn't even care and I myself should have ended it because I knew 10-15 minutes in could never work for someone like that, a discretionary error on my part- We are having a one to one zoom meeting they request I be on camera no problem but she wants to hide behind her frozen head shot desk photo- seriously weak. she made it a point to tell me she had 38 yrs in the industry and some more of her story. I have 28 that doesn't amount to this person knowing how to treat candidates, Too bad, I was stoked for the opportunity to interview and I feel like its a great company, (the recruiter was great) but she was grilling me in such a manner. I have a great deal of experience in the Pro Fee coding and auditing arena. been doing that since 2004 but nothing I would have said would have been right for this person. She already had some sort of disposition and the conduct was off the wall; came across as fake. I would not want to work with someone like that and I feel for anyone who does.
