The interview was just to get to know you and to see if you speak any Spanish. Most el pollo locos have Latin customers which means they want spanish speakers as cashiers most of the time. Although it is not a true requirement, it will get you an offer quicker.

I showed up. Asked if theyre hiring. Interview was quick and easy. I was hired on the spot. They asked when I could start and my availability. I provided my hours and start date and my t shirt size for work which is small.
