I got an interview the same day I applied and it was very simple. I was called into the office and met with the manager and offered me the job then and there.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at El Super (Panorama City, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Really simple. No hard questions. Management just rushes through. I was hired within 30 minutes of asking for a job application. I was waiting for the manager for about 20 minutes. Interview itself lasted about 10 minutes. Really couldn't understand the interviewer with her heavy accent. She was pretty rude but the general manager kept his cool and procedded with the interview very professionally.
