Interview
First met with recruiter, then 1 on 1 with hiring manager, then panel (4 x 45min interviews) consisting of various director/senior directors on adjacent teams. Mostly STAR questions, interviews feel more conversational, which can alleviate some of the nerves.

The interview process is very lengthy with series of interview. Interviewed by different people from different location in the organization. mostly focus on behavioural questions. The technical questions are not difficult. Seems easy going people. Always feel comfortable and open minded . listen carefully your answers. Provides ample of time to ask questions and answer them with grace.
