Interview
Submitted application online, and received an email from HR about, 2 weeks later, to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview went well, lasted close to an hour, and was invited for a face-to-face interview before the end of the call. The face-to-face interview was with 2 managers the position would be working with, then with the hiring manager.
Questions were a mix of behavioral and work-experience specific questions. The hiring manager went through my resume line-by-line while the other managers asked the behavioral questions. Overall, I enjoyed the interview experience - very professional and courteous, and more conversational (with laughs and personal experiences being shared), not the usual Q&A. They made me feel comfortable.
