The interview process was lacking and surface level for sure. From start to finish it was eight weeks. I interviewed in-person. It took four weeks to get an interview and it took one month to get an HR rejection form letter. I followed-up several times with the hiring manager and never received a response. I felt like it was rude and disrespectful. I took the time to prepare for the interview and to prepare a portfolio. At the very least a response from the hiring manager would have been nice and professional. Pretty sure I dodged a bullet if this is how they handle interviewing.
