Through a staffing agency. Gave them my resume, they contacted me. Informal interview. Once I was done with the interview, I had to do several skills tests as well as do a complete FBI background check. The background check took a couple weeks for them to complete. Once the background check was completed, I was put into a two-week intensive training. The training was difficult, but passable.

Applied directly to company job page, call with recruiter and then call with hiring manager. Offer pretty much straight after, looked for education and references before joining. Overall a pretty easy process

Muy fácil, menos de una hora. Fue con los 2 managers. Me hicieron preguntas de mi experiencia, nada de examen/ tarea. Solo hablamos. Valoran mucho las idiomas, especialmente polaco y obviamente inglés.
Zoom call asked for reference asked behavior type questions and skill type questions. Nothing too hard it’s a technical support type job. So understanding different computer systems is a must.
