Interview
First I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Next I met virtually with a 2 people. It was quite a lengthy interview-just over an hour. Since this was a customer service role I wasn't expecting to have such an intense interview. The questions were all behavioral based questions.

Interview
This was a face to face interview, basically answering questions regarding the industry involved and knowledge of computer systems, some programing experience. So a combination of how much I knew about how online processing and security around these issues work. A second interview was done with the previous ower of the company. All went well, there was a mixture of cultures at this work place.
