I applied in-person. I interviewed at Elbit Systems (Rehovot)
Interview
Interviewed for a QA position at Elbit.
The process felt very professional, and the feedback I received afterward was actually very positive overall. I was ultimately rejected due to specific professional gaps rather than personality or communication issues.
Personally, the interview atmosphere felt quite cold and highly technical very much in line with the “big corporate” stereotype. There was less personal interaction and more of a formal evaluation vibe.
That said, the interviewers were respectful and the feedback was clear and fair.
My advice for future candidates: come very well prepared on the technical QA side, as the process seems heavily focused on professional knowledge and experience.

One thing that stood out was how technical the interview felt. Most of the questions were focused on QA methodology, real-world troubleshooting, and professional knowledge rather than getting to know me as a person or understanding my overall potential.
