Phone screen then three interviews with four different people, mostly behavioral. The phone screen had about 2 lightly technical questions. Everyone was very nice and it seemed like a company that I would enjoy working for. They seem to genuinely just want to know where your interest lie. Couldnt do the internship though because of covid
