Screening call with technical recruiter, followed by panel interview with team. Discussed qualifications and expectations for the role, as well as behavioral questions. Final interview was with director, who focused on candidate traits and personal goals envisioned through the role.

I had a phone screener with someone from the Arlington office. They were pleasant to talk to, asked all the basic behavioral interview questions. They thought I was a good fit and would move to the next round, but they ghosted after.
