Standard interview process starting with a recruiter screening/interview and a mix of virtual and in-person interviews... four altogether. Interview questions were fairly standard and included a mix of behavioral based questions along with questions about past experience. No surprises but one should be well prepared. Character, Culture, Competence, and Values are important.
