Started with a miring manger for basic job info and learn more about my background. Then a technical interview with a manager and members of the team I would be working for. The manager was very accommodating when I wanted to clarify some aspects of the job.
The interview process with Elder Research was structured and respectful. It began with an initial screening and moved into a second-round panel that covered both behavioral and technical topics.
