Interview

The interview process was a pleasant experience. HR was very resourceful and they were willing to work around my schedule as my availability was limited. I had several phone interviews and 2 face to face interviews with the sales team as well as upper management. Everyone at Electric-Cloud that was involved in the interview process were very welcoming and gave great insight. I am happy to announce my acceptance letter and I am now a part of the EC team!

Interview

Four levels, very comprehensive, from reporting manager to CEO. They were not difficult. The most difficult part was the written and practical exam. The latter took me over four hours to complete. The idea is to understand if you have the skills and drive to find solutions, rather than excuses.

Thoughtful questioning. Nice company vibe of friendly, intelligent atmosphere. I greatly enjoyed meeting with everyone from the administrative staff to the senior executive management. It seems that they have their act together. They apply a systematic process that provides a clear process.
