Fast paced, thorough, and professional. I was headhunted by an EA recruiter during my own job search and due to timing and circumstances the interview process was expedited. Great communication and flexibility among all parties made it work smoothly. It made for a crazy week of interviews and a slew of email conversations, but it was worth it. I live in Seattle, WA, and they wanted to fly me down to Redwood Shores for an in-person, but that wasn’t feasible due to my current work schedule so we worked in a great compromise with a video conference based interview from the Seattle PopCap office. Process from initial contact with the recruiter to offer was 1 week.
