I applied through our University's co-op system for EA Bioware and I was interviewed by the University Recruiter. The whole process was around 2-3 weeks. They start talking about the company and their experiences to make us feel more comfortable first.
The interview process includes initial HR call, and it was phone, one round of interviews with hiring manager, skills assessments, and final discussions about the role and company. but I got rejected on the hiring manger round
Went over 2‐3 projects and did a design challenge. Questions were well structured.
Behavioural interview was pretty straight forward
Overall the whole process took about a month. The process was smooth and a recruiter was responsive
HR interview then meeting with designer then meeting with several designer. They asked what UX problems I encountered and also what annoys me recently with a game or in relation to UX.UI function.
