Painful to get the Interview. The Recruiter based out in Seattle was the most difficult, inconsiderate, demanding person to work with and that should have been a red flag. She SHOULD not be Recruiting there or anywhere. But I did not want that to alter my judgement of the position/team. The interview went well but I decided to decline. The culture and the dynamic of the team did not feel right....
