Two screening calls. First one with recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. Hiring manager did a great job setting expectations for the role. Proceeded to an on site interview with 4 members of the team that I would most likely work with. They all were easy going, no ego, and seemed close knit. After the on site was told I would receive some sort of update a week later. After 4 weeks and 3 attempts to get information with zero feedback, I have assumed that there will be none and have moved on. Overall experience with the team was great but HR can definitely improve the way they handle communication afterwards.
