I was initially e-mailed about the position, then had a 10 minute phone screen call. After that a phone interview was scheduled with the team I would work with, which lasted about an hour. A few days later I was called to offer me the job.

Interview
I knew the people I was interviewing with so this was not stressful at all. The main questions related to what I'd been doing in my free or unemployed time, etc. Questions about how to handle employee related issues or unrealistic expectations of a manager. Nothing odd or difficult. Once you've shown a portfolio it's pretty straight forward.
