I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts
Interview
Very quick process. Fairly standard interview and questions. There was nothing out of left field or anything I felt unprepared to answer. All the staff were friendly, professional and polite. In total met with HR, direct supervisor, 2 senior team members and 2 other production coordinators. The only negative is that the decision timeline changed depending who you spoke with.

Question 1
What do you do when an invoice is missing from a vendor? Tell me about a conflict you had and how you resolved it.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Victoria, BC) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted with 3 interviews, a 15 minute call with a recruiter, then one-on-one with the hiring manager, then a small panel interview. They were quick to schedule and flexible around my schedule since they were all through zoom. Both the recruiter and hiring manager asked fair and interesting questions about myself, my experience, and behavioural questions relating to the position. They showed engagement with each interview.

Question 1
A version of "how do you manage competing priorities?"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2020
Interview
2 interview with 2 different groups, later with higher ups. Questions were expected and everyone was friendly. Communication post interview was not great, unfortunately. That may be more of a reflection of the recruiting team though.
