I applied through university relation. Three days after I submitted my resume I got an email for setting up a interview. The first interview was phone screening. Questions were causal and didn't take long. After that I got another email for second round interview. I had another interview with two people. (a chief officer and a senior level employee) Casual questions and the questions related to my major were mixed.
Telephonic interview, face to face , and a hr round
They focused more on the topics , deeper conceptual questions. It is a 12 month contractual role yet the difficulty was high, everything looked systematic and well organised.

The recruiter call was standard and my first interviewer was super nice and chill. The second interviewer was a little less chill but I messed up my answer which is why I didn’t get an offer but they ghosted which was annoying
