      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Galway) in Feb 2018

      Interview

3 interviews in total. You start with the first one with two TM's, another interview with the head of the location and another one with a senior player. Very straight forward.

      Interview

The first phone contact with the Hiring Manger was very pleasant. This call was followed by two language tests and a final interview held through zoom. The interview lasted a bit more than one hour.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Galway) in Mar 2020

      Interview

The hiring process is a sequence of three interviews (and one English assessment for non-native speakers) 1/ Screening RH 2/ English Assessment 3/ STAR interview with 2 team leaders 4/ Final interview with the team leader of the team leaders

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

1/ Screening RH Nothing new under the sun. You will be asked to introduce yourself and explain why you have applied for EA. In my case, the interviewer was very friendly, easy going and helpful. 2/ Interview with two team leaders Be prepared to provide details. If you don't have any experience/education related to the video games industry, you would face objections. Why should I hire you over someone else? Tell me about a time you received a difficult feedback from your manager Tell me about a setback you overcame. How did you handle it? Tell me about a time you improved a process at work (it's asked to assess your initiative and your experience in project management. They expect their employees to suggest and implement new ideas) What's your favorite EA GAME ? Honestly, why do you want to work for EA?

Interview diverse e test di lingua compreso per sapere il tuo livello di conoscenza di italiano e inglese. Ultimo colloquio è stato fatto con il manager del customer care. In generale non è stato difficilissimo e le domande erano le classiche da colloquio.
