Submit the CV through their job site. The HR sent an assessment of two programming tests in the next day. One test in web/php programming, another one in C++ programming. They process the assessment pretty fast. After the assessment, there would be two groups of technical interviews, for your past project experience and technical skills. The technical interviewer are nice and friendly.
