The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Burnaby, BC) in Jul 2015
Interview
The process was tiring and time consuming. 1 hour phone interview, 2 hour first round followed by 4 hour second round. Invested about 7 hours of time into the process only to get a few follow up emails that were full of false promises.
Multiple times was promised an answer by Friday only to hear back the following week saying that no answer was available yet. It is understandable to be a bit delayed, but 1 month behind is not acceptable. Not to mention missing deadlines is also not impressive for a prospective employer.
Very disappointing that a large, global company like this would provide such a poor candidate experience. It would be nice to know a definite answer in a timely manner and follow ups as promised. Still no answer up to today...one month later..

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Jul 2011
Interview
I was referred by a friend that was working at Electronic Arts. I was contacted by HR for a phone interview immediately. HR asked very basic questions, like walk me through your resume, etc. Then I moved on to another phone interview with the Senior Manager that this role would report to. He asked me more technical questions about accounting, my previous experience, and then some personal questions like what kind of management style would get the best work from me. Then I had an in-person review at EA headquarters. I was interviewed by 2 people on the team, and 2 other people in cross functional teams. It was mostly behavioral questions. Within one week, I was given the job offer.
