We first started with a Phone Screen with one of the engineers on the Digital Platform team. I was asked about my design process and given an easy design challenge. There was another round after that where I was given a coding challenge by another engineer on the team just to assess my technical skills. The aim is to learn more about your logical thinking process than your actual coding skills (true only if you are applying for this role). I had a great time interviewing and the recruiter was really helpful throughout! I would have joined but i got another offer from my dream company.
