Recruiter was unprofessional. He reached out to me for the role. I responded that I would speak to him about it. It took him at least 2 weeks to contact me to set up an appointment. He was late to the phone call and barely knew anything about the job. He said he wanted to move me forward and would call me to get set up with the hiring manager. No call. I reached out to keep the process going and he blew me off. Not cool. And definitely unprofessional - but maybe a clue to what's going on inside the organization.
