Electronic Systems interview questions

The interview process consists of 4 different types of "interviews". First being with your branch management team, usually consisting of 2 managers. Second is a personality test that you have to take online. Third is a "ride day" where you get to go in the field with a current (hopefully tenured) account manager. Finally, fourth is with the president (Anthony Lane), VP (Mark Phillips), Trainer (Danielle Pinto), HR (Barbra W.) and branch managers.

Interview was through a engineering co-op at my university. Multiple companies on panel that interviewed me. Companies held a "lottery draft" for candidates. It was part of the program to accept whoever selected you. It took a couple of weeks to find out who you were selected by. The offer was conditional on a background check and drug test.
