Element Solutions (FL) Division Vice President interview questions

This was a very unfavorable candidate experience, particularly given the level of this role. All was fine initially, as the corporate recruiter promptly reached out to schedule interviews with several members of the hiring team all within a couple of weeks. The interviews all seemed to go well and they clearly are in need of the skill set I offer. After these interviews, however, it was “crickets”. The recruiter and the hiring executive failed to follow up after the interviews and did not respond to my direct requests for an update. I have an email tracker in my CRM and I can see that they have indeed read my couple of follow up emails, but yet they did not extend the professional courtesy of a simple response, particularly after investing the time of their executive staff. They ghosted me, plain and simple. How embarrassing for them.
