The interview process was really fast - I received an email on a Friday to schedule a phone interview, and got a call the following Monday. The phone interview went so well, I was able to skip the second one and came in to meet the team the very next day. After meeting with 3 people, I came in once more the next day to meet a few others, including the CEO. I received my job offer immediately after, on my way home! Everyone - from the HR rep, to the marketing team lead, to the CEO, was exceptionally kind, energetic, and bright. I felt like I was sharing a meaningful conversation about my life, experience, and ambitions - as opposed to those dreadful interviews where you're grilled and tricked by questions like "on a scale of 1 to 10, how weird are you?"
