I applied online. Got a confirmation email that my info was received. Several months have passed -- and I still haven't received a reply. I tried following up with someone -- emails don't bounce but no reply. Seems rather rude.

I got a call from recruiter. She is very nice and a phone screen followed within a week. The phone interview was easy going. I got invited to the on-site interview. There was a coding exercise. I was put into a room with a Mac and a sheet of coding exercise questions. After that, there were 2 interviewers to review the coding. I coded my answer and ran it, it works. The problem with me was that the interviewers had no clue of what the coding question was, and he did not understand the solution. One of them did not know the language that I was asked to use (Python at that time). They seemed in the odd positions to interview me.
