I applied online. I interviewed at Elevance Health
Interview
Applied online. Scheduled for a face to face all within a couple weeks from the date I applied. Interview was basic and held in the company cafeteria. I was not called with an offer for a month. Once they called me with the offer a month later it was very low. I tried to negotiate pay but they came back with no movement. I was upset because I really wanted to work for Anthem but could not take such a steep pay cut. They knew how much I was asking for when I applied but still interviewed me so it was a waste of time for both me and the company. Offer was 13.50 an hour. I declined the offer.
